Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
Order Processing
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of being placed.
If we're unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, our team will contact you to confirm how you'd like to proceed.
If we're unable to reach you and your order remains unshipped:
- Prepaid Orders: A full refund will be initiated immediately.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The order will be cancelled, and you may place a new order whenever convenient.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, it typically arrives within 7–10 working days.
Please note that this is an estimated delivery window. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner operations, peak shopping seasons, weather conditions, or regional logistics disruptions.
If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we'll actively coordinate with our courier partners to help expedite delivery.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive your tracking details via email and/or SMS so you can follow your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
Multiple Shipments
Depending on the products you've ordered, your purchase may be delivered in multiple shipments. If this applies to your order, we'll notify you in advance.
Returns
Our 7-day return window begins from the date your order is delivered, not from the date it is shipped.
